Salara/Red Cake at Odessa's Caribbean Fusion — lukasser's Review (May 15, 2025)

Last weekend we had a Vegan fest here in Malta, which went on for 2 days. It's still small, but it's already the second year and it's still growing. It's definitely a really nice opportunity to meet other like minded people and be in a relaxed atmosphere. Hope it's even bigger next year ✌️
Found this really cool Caribbean place on the vegan fest. They were serving from a food truck. I think usually they would have their own restaurant. Either way, the food was incredibly flavourful and the staff was super friendly. Just a really nice vibe ✌️
Took this red cake for takeaway and it was pretty decent in the beginning. Until I noticed that there is tiny little white hair all over the dough. I think I captured one in the first picture, but I didn't make a picture of it specifically. I don't know maybe it was something else, as it was suspiciously many, and I didn't spot any in any of their other stuff. Just really weird and I obviously couldn't finish it and threw it
