Karaage at Vegan Bistro Jangara — pattini's Review (May 10, 2025)

Another Karaage dish: deep fried soy meat in this case. It was fried really well and the result was super tasty. It was accompanied by a tartar sauce which complemented the dish well. The 6-pieces dish was 1,100 ¥. This restaurant is fully vegan and pretty informal. When we arrived we had to wait for 20-30 minutes, but you get to order prior to taking a seat so it’s pretty quick. They are also expecting you to leave the table at a reasonable time to not make others wait too long. For us it was never a problem because we are such fast eaters 😅 but I did see the waiter asking people to eat quicker 🥲
