Vegan Sushi Tokyo Premium Set at Vegan Sushi Tokyo — pattini's Review (May 5, 2025)

Vegan sushi venue in the heart of Shibuya. Make sure to reserve your seat on the website prior to your visit because they are now reservation only. I tried their “premium” tasting menu, which included: a 10-piece sushi set, a soft drink (Yuzu lemonade), miso soup and a dessert (ice cream). The sushi pieces were all nigiris and two gunkan makis. These were the sushi pievese featured in the tasting: Scrambled Eggs, Tuna Mayo&Salmon Roe, Eggplant, Avocado, KingOysterMushroom, Vegan Meat (my personal favorite), Japanese Ginger, Shiitake Mushroom, Kaba(Tofu&Yam). Unfortunately the tempura one was finished so instead they served us the avocado twice. Every piece was unique and had a delicate taste.
