I had never seen this flavor of #veggieburger before. I tried a similar crunchy burger from a different brand a year or two ago and was disappointed but i love #spinach so gave it a try.
Not sure if I would buy them again or not probably because of the #deathbyplastic but they were good. the outside did get crunchy. I topped one with vegan mayonnaise (from bistro 23) & the other with bell pepper paste. Being a #lazyvegan, I used my cloth napkin so I wouldn't have to wash a plate.
I would much rather make my own.

and some happy purple flowers - considered a weed by most - but i think they are beautiful.
