Tacos Pescados at Sentir — Iszy's Review (Apr 26, 2025)

Well, we had to try at least one of the tacos at this fine dining Mexican restaurant! I was so surprised at the presentation when this came out. Each taco is a work of art! The fish is made with banana blossom. It also has black garlic, red onion, pumpkin romesco, avocado mousse, cilantro macho, and vegan cotija. I thought it looked a bit sauce-heavy, but it worked perfectly in my mouth. This was so delicious and flavorful! The batter on the banana blossom is so crunchy! It was perfect with all of the flavor-packed sauces. I was super impressed with the cotija too. It's super delicious! I was happy to see it on some other dishes we ordered too. These are probably the most expensive tacos I've ever had at $16 for two tacos. That's fine dining for you though!
