I usually don't buy #hummus at Mercadona but on vacation it was the closest supermarket. This version has #pimientosdelpiquillo (roasted piquillo peppers) and was actually pretty good! It is creamy and the pepper flavor is prominent and well-balanced with the chick peas.
It does contain additives to avoid, but in a pinch worked for us.
