Just Plant Muffin at New Leaf Eatery — tiascaz's Review (Apr 17, 2025)

They served this all wrapped up in paper on an empty plate. Kind of strange, and I wish it had come with a side but I guess for the price this was fair. Inside was just a plant based patty made from soy and added vegan cheese (I took spinach from Yonas’ dish). It’s super simple, and very much like the ones you’d get at a fast food place, but I wish it did come with some other element. I had to ask for hot sauce and ketchup to give it a bit more sauce/flavour, and to me a breakfast muffin isn’t the same without it. It was really tasty! But they definitely could’ve done more.
