New item in the menu; part of the guksu series! 🥢 Thin wheat noodles topped with sweet beancurd pockets (Korean yubu, similar to Japanese inari), mushrooms, radish, as well as shredded carrot and zucchini. 🍜 🍄‍🟫🥕🥒 Tbh I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting much nuttier and richer perilla soup like those I'd eaten in Korea. 🙈 Nonetheless it was a light, healthy, and warm dish like homecooked food.
