Plantain Fosters French Toast at Hi Flora! — Iszy's Review (Apr 5, 2025)

I got this during my final Hi Flora! brunch. It was such a great sweet dish. I think it's really cool that they used plantain instead of traditional banana. The plantain tones down the sweetness a bit, making it easier to have more. I enjoyed sharing this with @jonok though.
