Mexican #shortbread aka hojarascas, or pan de polvo. Crunchy, sweet, and delicious! Made with #almondflour and sweetened with #coconutsugar. You can taste the #cinnamon. These are tasty but my two favorite cookies from Siete Family Foods are Mexican Wedding and Fresas con Crema.
