Generous serving of tender silken tofu, stir-fried with edamame soybeans and finely diced king oyster mushrooms in lieu of minced meat (yay to no mock products)! 🤍🫛🍄‍🟫 The pool of housemade mala paste was aromatic and quite spicy although we opted for slightly spicy level ahaha. 🌶️ Garnished with scallions.
