Cream of mushroom soup made with housemade almond milk, lightly scented with white truffle oil - there's an option available not to add it if you don't like truffle fragrance! 🍲🍄‍🟫🥛 Less creamy and milky than conventional Western soups, as they didn't blend the mushrooms completely, but instead included blitzed pieces to retain some chewy mouthfeel.
