This is quite an interesting product! Once removed from the packaging, I saw clumps of white "fat" all over it that was a bit off-putting, but it quickly melted. This #veganbacon crisps up very nicely and is super flavorful/salty. It worked well on a sandwhich with some veggies to balance out the sodium content.
Overall, it was very delicious/unique, and I would repurchase. Downsides are that it's expensive and has a strong, lingering scent when cooked.
