Was fun to try this #tofuscramble from Hodo! I found that it's well seasoned and tasty. Enough for 2 or 3 servings, especially since I put a lot of veggies with it too. I made breakfast burritos with this and it was delicious 😋 it's not very eggy , it's more just soft tofu with some seasonings.
