Miyoko’s has some of my favorite butters. It’s so smooth, soft, creamy, and spreads and melts so easily. It’s super #highinsaturatedfat because of the coconut oil, but I use much less then a serving, and it adds so much to the flavor and texture to food, that I feel it’s worth it.
I feel that her butters are more wholesome than others too because one time I opened a package that I had in my fridge for many months, and it was moldy. I’ve had other butters stored much longer than that, and they’re still good. So I make it a point to only get Miyoko’s butter if I’m sure that I can use it soon, no matter how tempting it is to get when it’s on sale, although I may try freezing it next time if I find a really great deal. 
With one of the primary ingredients being cashews, I’m surprised that the nutrition label shows zero protein.
