Not as soft and smooth as traditional French dip, but very thick, more like a cream cheese. The flavor is very similar though. I enjoyed it with chips, just like how I normally enjoy French dip. I like how this is enriched with #vitaminb12, providing 30% DV! However, #highinsaturatedfat.
