Vegan Curry at Ambient Cafe — Vikas Garg's Review (Mar 7, 2025)

This place is such a great hangout for the local veggie Buddhist scene in #thimphu, the capital of #bhutan

This curry was delicious, packed full of veggies and tofu and served with the local “red rice” that is famous in Bhutan.

I met so many interesting people at this cafe over the week I was there. Will definitely be back!!
