Another very nice cafe in #crouchend but they are short on vegan savoury food. The only official vegan snack is a vegan sausage roll.
I asked if I could have a customised bagel of salad only and they were very obliging.
It made a good snack - #cucumber #tomato #rocket
I’m going to keep plugging away at requests for vegan options and I reckon the cafes will start to branch out and offer more. I mean, what’s hummus for if not for adding to a bagel? Or cashew spread..or avocado…or tofu…or vegan sausage…😻
