Doesn’t look like anything special. But this was decently close to the original.
The original dish uses barbecued pork, that has a sweet glaze.
So, taste wise, thumbs up 👍🏼
As you have already noticed the sad amount of vegetables on this plate.
That’s how the original dish is served. Can you imagine eating the original meat-based dish with just a few slices of cucumber?? 🥒

Many people like eat this on a regular basis. 😳
