Rose Hibiscus Strawberry Shortcake at Reverie Cafe + Bar — Iszy's Review (Feb 25, 2025)

This is an option for the 6th course on the 2025 Valentine's Day prix fixe menu.

I was so excited for this dessert and was not disappointed! The strawberries were so fresh and paired so well with the coconut whipped cream. This dish also had rosehip hibiscus syrup which gave it a subtle, but sweet, floral flavor. The shortbread biscuits were nice vehicles for all of the other yummy things on the plate.
