European Style Cultured Vegan Butter Hint of Sea Salt by Miyoko's Creamery — Joan Ⓥ's Review (Feb 18, 2025)

I prefer this butter in a dish that I cook as it is very solid and had a hint of salt. It is easy to measure off the exact amount you need for baking It is hard, so it is not the best for spreading on bread or toast. I also find the taste a bit flat , not as buttery as some other options .It is also a bit more expensive than some of the other plant based butters.
