Finally found a vegan cheese that i actually like ! The soft texture and smokiness is just right .on top crackers it’s fab or in a sandwich .
Very few ingredients mainly cashew nuts 85% the rest is salt and ferments .
I will definitely buy again and try not to eat the lot .
This one i found in a local health food shop in Calle Aguas , Granada .
Price was good too @ 5€
