Banana Leaf Dry Braised Beef Rendang at Casserole — xinru-t's Review (Feb 15, 2025)

Rich and aromatic 'beef' rendang with meaty soy chunks that I think may have been from #greenrebel! 🌴🥥🍛 The artificial mock meat taste was relatively obvious, but the texture and taste were good, and my non-veg companion thoroughly enjoyed this. Served with crunchy crackers, achar pickles, red chilli sambal, as well as jasmine rice naturally coloured with butterfly blue pea flowers and sprinkled with crispy shallots. 🍍🌶️🍚 (Contains alliums, $32) #sgvegan #asianfood
