Significantly less smooth, creamy, and custard-like compared to traditional panna cotta made with dairy; this bore closer resemblance to agar agar jelly. Nonetheless it was interesting to have a mango-flavoured vegan version of panna cotta paired with adorable balls of fresh mango! 🍮🥭 Topped with vanilla sago pudding and basil seeds, which I personally found a tad bland by itself (vanilla scent wasn't prominent), but there was a little dropper of gula melaka syrup to add sweetness which was a fun touch hehe. 🌴 Served with tangy passionfruit sorbet, as well as strawberries and raspberries. 🍨🍓 Personally would have liked some crunch factor such as toasted nuts or granola to round things off too!
