Juicy Lucy at Francis — Iszy's Review (Feb 14, 2025)

The Juicy Lucy is a Minnesotan classic. It's a burger patty stuffed with cheese... Very Midwestern! I had never had one before going vegan! J Selby's and Francis has had a vegan version of this burger on their menu throughout the years. It's such a good classic burger. At Francis, you can choose to get it with a black bean patty or an Impossible Foods patty. I usually go for the black bean patties here because they're just so good. This burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and pub sauce on a buttery brioche bun. A great choice if you're craving a burger!
