Caesar Salad at Francis — Iszy's Review (Feb 14, 2025)

You really can't go wrong with such a simple dish like Caesar salad, but of course Francis knows how to zhuzh it up! This salad is made up of chopped romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with house bacon, roasted broccoli, fried capers, pickled radish, pumpernickel croutons, and parmesan. Adding the broccoli was a smart move. It really bulks up the salad and adds more flavor.
