Grabbed these in Aldi special buys a couple of weeks ago, about $4. They’re light, crunchy, and made a yummy addition to a curry. I often find that when I microwave regular pappadums at home they cook unevenly and I end up with chewy or hard bits, but these don’t have that problem and were all perfectly crisp.
