šŸ’œAppreciate the wholesomeness of mashed yam with pretty low levels of sugar. I also believe there was no added oils (which I recall other restaurants do so... for reasons I still can't comprehend), but they use a good share of coconut milk to give that fatty/ creamy texture.
šŸ I think adding sweet potato pieces is a great way to up the natural sweetness, and introduce texture difference. Would be great to have a bit more.
šŸ˜†Gingko is a traditional add on, and I enjoy it here as well~
🧧Quite pleasant to see TPF try something out of their comfort zone (or at least out of the dessert repertoire that they offer). Good job!
