A plant based salmon fillet which looks very similar to actual salmon. I was never a fan of Salmon when I did eat fish but my Mum recommended it so I gave it a try. I like it because it is more mild in taste and is very versatile. It’s described as oily but I don’t think it is but again I prefer it. Great in a poke bowl or sliced up with vegan mayo in a sandwich or served with veggies and potatoes.
