Pesto Mock Chicken Hoagie at Pizza Lucé — Iszy's Review (Jan 31, 2025)

This is a nice option for a sandwich at Lucé. I like the Gardein chicken that they use in their sandwiches. This also has vegan garlic butter, mayo, pesto, tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, lettuce and your choice of Daiya mozzarella or cashew ricotta. This time, they added much more pesto than I've had before on it so it was a bit overpowering.
