These are a great way to add protein to breakfast. They are perfect with potatoes and other veggies for a Hobbit-like breakfast. We cooked these up with potatoes, onions, and peas. The flavor of these sausages went really well with the Savory Spice Bohemian Forest seasoning that we used on the vegetables. I topped the hash with Rebel Cheese parmesan.
