it's #pistacchio day 💚
what's not to like?
green cheese, for some reason, makes me think of dr. seuss, which makes it even more fun.
my omnivore roman family tried it and both commented that it tastes like cheese.
there are little chunks of #pistacchi in it, which earns more points.
it adds flavor to any dish - in the foto, cauliflower, brown rice, and soy chunks with crunchy garlic.
