Kushikatsu at Pivot BASE Cafe & Bar ＠Dotonbori — K's Review (Jan 10, 2025)

Pivot is a 100% vegan restaurant/bar in the heart of Dotonbori district in Osaka. Spacious inside (rare in Japan!), bright, modern, and an ideal stop off while sightseeing.

Kushikatsu = crispy crumbed skewers with a mix of eggplant, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin and soy meat. ¥980 for 5 skewers. Simple but tasty enough with the soy sauce and mayo on the table.
