Dhaipuri at Masala Dosa Street Kitchen — tiascaz's Review (Jan 9, 2025)

Back home in Phnom Penh! First stop… Masala Dosa! Their massive menu means we can always try new things. Today we started with this dahi puri, a classic Mumbai chaat of puri balls stuffed with potato and topped with lots of crispy things, a creamy sauce, tomatoes and herbs. What a ball of heaven! That bite just bursts with flavour and has such interesting textures. A light and refreshing snack served cold, I really loved this.
