Tofu Banh Mi at Mi-Sant Kitchen & Bakery — Iszy's Review (Dec 31, 2024)

This was a perfect sandwich for a day that I didn't want to cook! I feel like I'm always craving a banh mi. You really can't go wrong with such fresh flavors on a nice loaf of French bread. Yes, even what some may call the #evilweed . This banh mi comes with beautifully marinated tofu. It was so flavorful and juicy. The pickled and fresh veggies were delicious with it. All you need to do is ask for no mayo here to make it vegan. Since I got taken out, I just added my own Follow your Heart mayo at home!
