What an amazing product! An alternative to grated cheese made with cashews, almonds, sesame and in this particular version white truffle. It really adds a great flavor to any dish and the truffle aroma is exquisite. It is a little bit pricey but worth it for me. 10€ at Coccole di Gusto.
