Japanese Sweet Potato at Planta Queen — tiascaz's Review (Dec 21, 2024)

I didn’t give this dish much attention, but my dad wanted it, and it ended up being probably my favourite thing we tried that night!! The sweet potato was so crispy and it was topped in the most delicious torched miso sauce, which to me tasted a bit maple butter. It also had kimchi, furikake, cilantro and Thai basil. To die for. Such an amazing combination of flavours. 9$ during happy hour!
