This works pretty well though I would have preferred it to have been a little bit thicker.
It served its purpose as a Fysh & wedges dish.

The sauce was a combination of vegan mayo, chopped capers, smoked chilli 🌶️ flakes, tomato 🍅 ketchup & minced organic garlic 🧄
