Paella Vegetal at Tasca Telémaco — Daniel's Review (Dec 20, 2024)

This #vegetable #paella was easily one of the best I have ever eaten and definitely the most original! The perfectly cooked rice was accompanied by #redpepper, #broccoli and #cauliflower but the crowning touches were #sweetpotato, #raisins and #avocado. The flavor was both savory and sweet, with a tropical flair that I could have sworn had pineapple juice along with the subtle spices. Very fairly priced at 14€ per person.

The staff was so friendly and attentive and there were tables filled with locals - always a good sign. Everyone was out on the terrace to enjoy the warmth and stunning views of the Hermigua valley. The village is charming and the final photo is of the seaside valley as seen from a distance - simply magical!
