A baking staple! This is the cocoa powder we used to make our peppermint chocolate cookies. They ended up being so fudgy and perfect for a long winter. It can also be used alongside sugar in hot cocoa. This cocoa powder seems like a nice quality and is accessible at Target. Kind of interesting that one tablespoon has a gram of protein. Protein is everywhere!
