On the menu, this was just called Entrée. Because there is the non vegan version.
Mine was actually called Wagyu A1 🤣🤣🤣
The chef wouldn’t tell me what it was made of and asked me to try it and guess.
Although it didn’t taste like it, I guessed correctly. It was made with watermelon 🍉🍉🍉!!!!

So impressed with the food. Everything was so good.
