Miso Roast Cabbage at Remedy Coffee Shop — 🪴🥑🪲's Review (Dec 12, 2024)

This was another part of my Christmas meal at Remedy! I love braised cabbage so this was a great surprise, and miso or any umami flavour always goes so well with it. It also came with miso + apple ‘ketchup’ and grated walnuts. It was slightly difficult to eat because Remedy uses second-hand cutlery which is very blunt, but it didn’t matter that much. Overall delicious!
