Just like last year, I went to Remedy Coffee Shop for a Christmas meal with some friends. This was probably the most traditional Christmas food out of the dishes, but with a twist. The carrot purée was creamy and flavourful, and the roast potatoes were perfectly cooked (wouldn’t expect any less from the Remedy cooks!)
