Grain Bowl at Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant — Iszy's Review (Dec 11, 2024)

This grain bowl is a filling a nutritious option for a live music venue. It's made of quinoa, chickpeas, smashed and marinated cucumber, roasted squash, and cauliflower dressed in green goddess dressing topped with fresh spinach. Green goddess is such a great dressing flavor. This is a nice creamy dish packed with veggies. It's served cold, so it would be better on a summer night. It didn't quite fit my mood while we listened to Charlie Brown Christmas songs.
