California at Vida's Plant Based Butcher — Liz Maselli's Review (Nov 27, 2024)

I really like this sandwich at Vidasbutcher. I reviewed this when Vida's first opened, but the sandwich has totally changed since then. I really liked it before, but I like it even better now. I always love #avocado This now has thinly sliced seitan turkey vs. the thicker pieces, and the avocado slices were replaced with a delicious avocado cream sauce. It also has fresh locally grown microgreens, blistered tomatoes, housemade cheddar cheese (They were out of provolone) locally sourced sourdough bread. The taste is great. The sandwich itself is a good size and around $11 which is a good value.
