just the right blend of chewy & crisp.
exhibiting remarkable self-constraint, i broke them in half and got four pizzas from the package.
made with beyond sausage, miyokos liquid cheese, and Trader Joe's organic basil marinara sauce. The only problem with Moko liquid pizza cheese is it cook best at high heat so you have to keep an eye on it to get perfectly cooked cheese without a burnt crust. using the broiler helps.
packaging is a little #deathbyplastic to keep from smushing the bread.
