Okay honestly I wasn’t a fan 😖 These tasted like mayonnaise which I am very much not a fan of. They weren’t super even throughout, so some of the bites that were lighter on mayo were actually pretty good, but then the bites that were full of mayonnaise just weren’t it. I was hoping for a texture and flavor closer to crab cakes, but it’s obvious these were meant to be something else entirely.
