not solid like gouda but a nice #spreadablecheese with a subtle smoky flavor. I was too tired to cook, so I spread some on a chunk of firm tofu for a quick #lazyvegan meal.
this brand is usually very expensive, but was on sale plus they changed their packaging so it looks like you get more cheese. I don't know if there's more cheese or if it just looks like there is. Either way . . . #ditchdairy
the package got a little smooshed in my suitcase but that did not affect the flavor. #vegancheese
and some kindly NY fall color.
