We were so lucky to find an airbnb just a few doors down from Linfa, the incredible vegan restaurant that all our friends in Milan said we must check out while there. The family had dinner here early in our trip and again on our last day in Italy 🇮🇹
Every bite was spectacular! It’s so hard to find eggplant parmesan because it’s usually made with eggs, mozzarella and parmesan, and most restaurants wouldn’t dare make it without these ingredients. Luckily Linfa has an incredible menu of Italian and Japanese dishes that are all vegan. We loved this dish with the vegan basil pesto and tangy tomato sauce. I’d definitely go back for this dish!
