Dry stir-fried rendition of laksa, something different from the more commonly available soup version. Aromatic coconut milk dish with rice noodles, konjac ‘prawns’, ‘fishcake’ / ‘seafood tofu’, straw mushrooms, alongside shredded seaweed for that slight seafood scent. 🍜🥥🍤 My non-veg mum, who’s a huge fan of Greendot’s signature laksa, enjoyed this!
